“This place was infested with insects and bed bugs. They refused to refund the nights we did not stay there even after we shared videos. Expedia was no help either. DO NOT BOOK! Especially if you’re looking for a clean and sanitary place to sleep at night.”

“Quick simple breakfast”

“The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, the tv didn’t work, and there were two towels in a four person room. Would not recommend.”

“For being in a poor south Texas town and in the middle of nowhere I was pleasantly impressed. A+ for the price!”

“Very clean room with easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly and the location itself is beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! I I’ll definitely consider staying here again. 5 out of 5!”

“Loved being able to park right outside my door, neighbors were a bit noisy but overall I give it 👍👍”

“I have stayed here twice its quiet and convenient.”

“Our room was clean and the staff was great. ”

“The property is very old, but decent. We had the handicap accessible room with the walk in shower, the water barely reached warm, but had good pressure. However if you need a shower hose it's not there. The b d was decent but the comforter needs replacing.”

“All good”
