This place smells very bad. The pool area reeks of chlorine and it’s very hazardous your health. I already complained basically got nowhere. Just want to give everyone the heads up.

Nice stay
Had to stay 2 nights while visiting family and this place was pretty nice. Free parking and breakfast which was ok, not the best I've had with the basics but still not bad. Room was nice and clean with a nice size TV. Bed and pillow were decent also so really can't complain. I would stay here again the next time we come out this way. Also the hotel was nice and quiet and away rom the highway but easy to get to it, The staff were all very courteous and friendly so other than the breakfast, this place was nice.

Hotel was fine; plenty of parking; accessible room large enough to easily accommodate walker & extra luggage/supplies; comfortable beds; breakfast standard fare tho no fruit. Room did not get serviced once during our four night stay -- trash not emptied, towels not refreshed. Disappointing.

We had stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and it was great. We came back because of it that. Well things are not the same. We were put in a handicapped room, which is fine, but they didn’t even tell us when we checked in. The room smelled so bad like it had been freshly painted. There was a light out in the bathroom and we asked the front desk to replace it. They said they would and when we came back 7 hours later it was not fixed. The shower head had multiple spray options but we could not get it to go off of super harsh power mode. We were also right by the elevator and you could hear everything. There was like a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door and we had to put towels there to muffle the sound from the hallway along with the light. Everything was just a little bit off. And we did ask for more towels, which we had to go get ourselves at the desk. We swam in the “pool” and there were only about 5 towels on the shelf and the pool was so cold we couldn’t use it. My husband tried to use the gym but half of the equipment was broken.
