Very small room

Not good at all. Rooms so small that nobody can accommodate easily . Website rate are varying to lure customer with compromise on services

Don't waste your time and money.

Pros: My porter, who carried my luggage to the room - without elevators. Nice guy.
Cons: Completely bland reception staff.
Location: Its OK.
1. I booked a Suite on Expedia website and the confirmation email came to be executive room. 2. I went ahead with that. 3. No elevators. Gave me the room in farthest possible corner of the hotel. Reception clerk changed my room from the assigned 227 to 135. 227 would have been a preferable location. 4. Only one restaurant in the hotel instead of advertised 3. Food election for breakfast was just ok. Sausages were completely dry. 5. Almost non existent gym for a 5 star hotel. Cardio machines are on the opposite end of the hotel from the weight room. Attendance would not leave the room the entire time! What's up with that? 6. Gift shop never opened during my stay. 7. No ATM.

A good Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for three days in the month of Nov 2012.The hotel is located in the prime business area of the city.The service was very good,the food excellent and fresh and the cleanliness was superb
