9.2/10 Wonderful! (80 reviews)
The check in was nice due to a very nice receptionist , who was very knowledgeable and passionate.
The air conditioning did work and produced unbearable heat. The evening staff attempted to fix the issue, assuring us it was all set, however, sleeping was next to impossible and very uncomfortable.
The same nice receptionist was very receptive and supportive in the morning.
Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the staff in the restaurant, and in particular, the receptionist ..."
