"Enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Well located just a few minutes walk from the Sawtell Main Street which has a lovely laid back vibe. Coming from the far south of Australia, we would have appreciated the option of air-con, but soon acclimatised & got the hang of airflow & ceiling fans."

"The property is great. We had a lovely trip - so close to the beaches and shops. Large enough for two families of 4x and grandparents. The kids loved the separate sleeping area and their own kitchen. The main kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms are a good size for couples. Some feedback: the converted garage where the kids slept was so hot without a fan or air con. Also some foldable hanging racks would be really useful to use under the verandas during wet weather to dry beach...

"Great stay at this property. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean and tidy. Beds were not overally comfy, but it never is when it's not your own. Close to everything we needed and the pool was a great addition for a quick dip after a long day in the sun at the stadium. Would stay here again :)"

"We booked, based on dates for family reunion. Dates changed, but owner could not grasp that booking was for 2023, not 2022. He declined to change, so cousin booked necessary dates and we shared the house. Owner was most amenable to this. My family had stayed in this house, several times, when my sister and I were young. We had loved it. Improvements to the house are wonderful - ensuite bathroom, internal toilets! In our day, there was an outdoor dunny! The house is a beautiful, Queenslander...

"We has a 3 night stay 22-24 Mach 2024. The resort is very good, pool, spa are excellent. 1/2 court tennis as well. Has a cafe & restaurant (didn't try them). Has a boom gate secure undercover car park - only issue is the narrow car spaces. The resort was full. We came back sat night after 10pm and only 2 car spaces were left. But I couldn't park our medium sedan into any, as large SV's/Utes parked either side. If I parked in the space you couldn't open the door enough to get out. So...
