Disappointing and the property is much simpler than the pictures. Surprised there were no toilet seats in some toilets, the toilet lid in our room is broken, there is no ac so a single fan is supplied which was very difficult to position on 3 people. We asked for another but they did not give us one. The towels supplied for the pool were stained with what appeared to be makeup. The complimentary mini body cream and gel were half empty. Shower would often go cold or scolding in seconds. The pool was nice to use but one of the days without warning it was getting cleaned from 7ish AM to 11:30am or so. Why not clean outside of hours? Was very disappointing as we weren't informed and got the hotel for the pool. Please do not eat breakfast here if you can, it was so sad especially the pancakes with "red berries". They are in fact three very small and thin flavourless pancakes drenched in sweet and poor quality red jam. The bread we had was stale and we only got 1 small 330ml water bottle for 3 people. You can get more which is good but everything takes a lot of effort to "correct" when added together. The boiled eggs we ordered were overcooked and grey, served on a pile of salt which was odd and not pealed which isn't great. The salmon dish ordered wasn't very nice either. It was just disappointing. We did enjoy the views of course, nice to have a shuttle and the mini croissants provided at breakfast but it was just not nutritious, we struggled with the amount of sweets provided

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely. The bathroom was gorgeous!
