Staff were great. Couldn’t do enough for us. Room and other facilities were clean and very comfortable. Location was a little odd, at the end of a skinny dead end road, but had some charm.

Lovely hotel
We had a lovely time at the hotel. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The service was excellent and the food was good. It was quiet because we went on weekdays after the summer vacation was over. So we had the jacuzzi and rooftop terrace to ourselves. The neighborhood was also excellent for exploring the street arts of Valparaiso. It was a memorable stay.

Wonderfully well restored and maintained older building with a great view over the historic center of Valparaíso. Great access to all the good restaurants and cafes on Cerro Allegre. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel well located. Restaurant was very good and staff could have not been more helpful. If you are driving be sure to ask hotel for directions as GPS takes you through a bad area .

BEST VALPARAISO HOTEL!!!! MUST STAY HERE!
This hotel is a small boutique hotel and is absolutely amazing! The rooms and view were beautiful! The location is great! The best part though was the kind and accommodating staff! My mom fell while we were walking in the city and fractured and sprained her foot. The staff was so kind and so helpful. They found a walker for her, helped pick-up and bring dinner for her, and were always helping with doors. I have traveled all over the world, and this was by far the BEST hotel experience I have ever had.

Perfect combination of luxury with personal touch
I did not want to leave! Casa Higueras is a stunningly beautiful hotel, but that is only the start of it. The staff is friendly and helpful (and speak excellent English which is helpful for me). The location is great because it is a short walk from everything while still feeling far away from the hustle of Valpariso.

Bien pero los puntos bajos son los ss: -Se siente bastante ruido entre las diversas habitaciones -No tiene calefacción individual, en la habitacion con lo cual la temperatura de la pieza las debes regular abriendo las ventanas. -Que el estacionamiento deba ser pagado y no este incluido en el precio de la habitación.-

Me dio la sensación que cobran por todo. Te cobran $15.000 por el estacionamiento (me entere en el check out), te cobran propina por el desayuno que venia incluido (jamás visto), al pasarte la boleta del restaurante te dicen que 10% de propina es por un buen ss, pero 14% es muy bien y 18% excelente.. me parece excesivo. Aparte en el momento del check out te cobran por otra propina general para todos

Un hotel con encanto único. Muy personalizado y acogedor — Esta retomando el ritmo que traía antes de la pandemia. Aún falta recuperar el estándar del restaurant del año 2019 en la sofisticación conocida de su cocina, porciones y exclusividad de su antes conocida carta que era un imperdible. Aunque aún es destacable. Su ubicación en el mejor lugar de Valparaíso. Se recomiendas las habitaciones superiores. Las estándar son muy pequeñas aunque impecables.

Vale la pena en Valparaiso.
En general un estupendo fin de semana en un hotel muy bien ubicado, con una decoracion preciosa y muy buenas instalaciones. Gran plus el tour por Valparaiso incluido y la media,pension aunque la carta de menu podria ser un poco mas amplia.

Una estadía maravillosa
Tuvimos un fin de semana maravilloso. El hotel espectacular, hermosa arquitectura y decoración. La habitación, restaurant, sala de estar, jardines y piscina con hermosas vistas al puerto. Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. La comida exquisita y el desayuno súper abundante. Excelente ubicación, en una calle muy tranquila, pero a pasos de los lugares turísticos. Ideal para dejar el auto y caminar descubriendo los distintos rincones de los cerros de Valparaíso.
