"Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

We were there during July, a cooler month, so too cool for swimming but the pool was beautiful and looked very inviting! "The view and location at this property are unparalleled and the stay is a unique experience. This is definitely where I will stay again if I come back To this area. Staff is super attentive, restaurant is great, spa is nice, rooms are nice and clean and a view of a lifetime in a rock and bird sanctuary. "

Lovely hotel in great location in beautiful city

"This is an excellent location of the city in a very beautiful city. Our room had an excellent terrace with a view. It is a shared terrace with the next room, but it was private since nobody was occupying the other room. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant downstairs were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous. The beds are very comfortable and entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Only thing they should add to their description is the location being next to the ascensor Concepcion. It is a great way to go up and down the hills, especially with luggage. First day, not knowing it, we used the stairs and uphill slopes to reach the hotel from the bus stop. "
