Loved the location as it is within walking distance to the cruise lines. Also, very close to Gastown, cute area. Staff very friendly and the restaurant is excellent. I have stayed here twice, and some rooms are better than others, one room had a long hallway, but bedroom was on the smaller side. After our cruise we stayed again and had a much brighter bigger room.

Nice concept, but the rooms were exceptionally small-smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship. Staff was friendly. One restaurant on property that was very expensive and not worth the pricey menu items. Concierge was very helpful. For the price, I would not stay here again. The heated floors in the bathroom added a nice touch though.

We chose this property because it had EV chargers and it had good reviews. It wasn’t cheap by any means! What disappointed me was the tiny size of the room. And it was labeled “deluxe king”. We could barely get around the bed. On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and the vanity top was large enough for all our things. Staff were professional and helpful at all times.

Truly a top of the line experience. Excellent central location, close to transit, restaurants, bakeries, and all the tourist destinations. Staff and service were top notch from the bell staff to the cleaners. The hotel restaurant has great atmosphere, good food, and reasonable prices (even for room service). Rooms are clean, well appointed with coffee, water, robes and slippers, spacious, and nicely decorated. The fact that it's a converted stock exchange adds even more to the aesthetic. Would definitely stay here again.

Exchange Hotel is a beautifully restored building in the heart of downtown Vancouver (the nice part!) It's close walking distance to the convention center as well as other touristy things. It had every amenity you'd ever dream of, which made traveling for work from a carry on, an absolute pleasure! (Steamer, slippers, robes, high quality bath products). I was a fan and will be staying there again!

Came for a girls weekend away to explore Vancouver. Absolutely loved this hotel. Everything from the moment we stepped in the doors- greeted by the kindest concierge team , to the clean, and beautiful rooms, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. So close to the harbour, where we ate our breakfast every morning, and close to other fun places like Gastown, Granville and Robson. Felt very safe and this is ideal location, away from hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to where we needed. We will be back! Thank you!

Lovely hotel in the historic former Stick Exchange building. Well located in the Downtown area near to the Cruise Terminal and the Waterfront. Short walk to the Sea bus over to North Vancouver. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Even the General Manager and the Head of Housekeeping introduced themselves. Conciege very good as well. Large rooms - comfy bed and shower excellent. Food on the restaurant very good indeed. Highly recommended

Loved the day before check in with the keyless entry and the upgrades available. Very spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Lobby is a bit underwhelming, but you don’t sleep there! lol. Nice to have the water station. Hydra is a nice restaurant as an option. We got the breakfast vouchers but have yet to eat there. Wish there were some vegan options on their menu for breakfast. I wish I didn’t get the vouchers as a result. But they didn’t have a breakfast menu online, so took the risk. Oh well. Staff have all been lovely. Loccitone is a lovely addition to the rooms for soaps, etc. robes and slippers a big plus!! We’d stay here again for sure!

Excellent service! We received a text our room was available early. When we checked in 2 hours later from our tour, our luggage was awaiting in our room. Staff (front lobby to reception) were extremely welcoming & helpful with things to do & places to eat. Glad we choose this hotel as the reviews were accurate, and the location was close proximity from our cruise port.

I love how the history has been maintained and in such a classy manor. The bellmen who greeted us and escorted us upstairs were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Such beautiful surroundings!
