The Exchange is my favorite hotel in Vancouver. It’s historic but also a cutting-edge LEED design with sustainability at its core. The location is awesome, the entire property is gorgeous and super clean. The staff is amazing and helpful. Love the beautiful restaurant also.

Pros- beautiful property and a good location. Cons-Our room was extremly small, and it took over 20 minutes to get a valet to park our car. I had to go in and look for him.

Absolutely amazing hotel, in the core of Downtown Vancouver, close to everything your heart desires when visiting Vancouver, hotel is super safe, convenient underground parking with EV and Tesla chargers, the way concierge and front desk are set up the hotel is super safe, no random person would be able to walk around the hotel to disturb. Clean, out of this world eco friendliness, staff extremely helpful and friendly. I love everything about this hotel and always make a point to stay there when I’m visiting Vancouver. Love everything about this property

Room was tiny...smaller than my room on the cruise ship. Somehow they fit a king size bed that you could barely walk around. Air conditioning is a joke. Thermostat in the room does nothing. Called the front desk twice for them to adjust it, but nothing changed. If you prefer a cool bedroom, book elsewhere. Crazy set up for the price. Had planned to stay here for a night after our cruise, canceled that and went to the Fairmont for less money. Will never stay here again.
