Welcome to my spacious studio apartment. This is a prime North Vancouver location, right next to the Spirit Trail, a five minute walk to Lonsdale and the Seabus to Downtown. Great restaurants and breweries all withing walking distance, plus beautiful waterfront parks just a stones throw away.

Cozy with everything you need! Wifi Included
Kitchen - Full Kitchen with AirFryer, Soda Stream and Keurig + Dishwasher.
Bathroom - Shower/Tub Combo, hair dryer and soap provided.
Living Room - Big TV, Comfy Sectional, Disney +, Netflix, Prime and Apple TV, Board Games and books.
'Bedroom' - Studio apartment, but bedroom feels separate. Double Bed with memory foam mattress
Covered Patio - Dining area and hammock, with lighting perfect for relaxation or enjoying the weather!
