The owner and staff were super helpful. AMA inv restaurant. Great view. Spacious and very quiet room. 2 Albanian boys who grew up in Italy opened this hotel a year ago. Very hopeful and high potential but seems like still trying to figure out. So customer must be patient. No phone in the room. Some inconvenience No facial tissues. guests must message the owner on WhatsApp for any requests. The toilet seat cover didn’t stay up. Shower drain was slow but the owner fixed it immediately. The major problem is the location. On Expedia, hotel is located in town and described only 2 min from town center but it’s actually located at the top of the hill which takes nearly 40 min climbing on the foot or 15 min by taxi which is about $20. So you need a car or money for the taxi to stay here. Plus. No restaurants or stores near by. I complained to Expedia for the incorrect information which incurred major unexpected expenses on the transportation. Also. The whole town loses the electricity daily often. When it happens, no water either. The country is just started developing. So I would recommend to wait 10 years before visiting.

It was by far the best hotel in albania where everything it was perfect from the staff to food the room location and finally is the place where you get the milion dollar treatment and feel like human , is the place where you spend an unforgettable vacation. I would definitely recommend. It is a small paradise. Thank you hotel green coast.

Overall we thought this was a decent property. But it is not close to the water, you will need to walk a good 10-15 minutes or take your car. Once you are there it’s a decent beach but not the cleanest. You’re better off driving to Mirrors Beach (plazhi pasqyrave).

Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer. Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat). There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!! A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return.
