Nice location, rooms where up to date and clean. Parking was tricky with limited parking on road in front of property with an alternate parking garage (fee) that is undergoing with a lift (eleveator) which can only accommodate small and midsize vehicles

This is a great place to stay in central Lisbon, just around the corner from Rossio metro and the Rossio train station, both big advantages.(The train to Sintra leaves from Rossio). It's on the second floor of the street which will help keep prices reasonable.The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the place is clean and our bed was comfortable. The only deficiency was the lack of a reading light in our room. But we'd recommend this small hotel to anyone.

The property is superior…the staff, so accommodating! They helped us with booking shuttles, getting to out tour meeting places and providing us with a boxed breakfast for our early flight home. We highly recommend this hotel. The Rooftop restaurant and terrace were very romantic and the food and wine were fabulous. This is our second stay and will not be our last!

The shower in my room was very tiny and there is no way of avoiding getting the bathroom floor wet. Probably why there's a drain in the bathroom floor. Great stay to escape hot days!
Very nice place especially during hot summer days! The swimming pool has a bit too much chlorine so better to use goggles. Also everyone needs a swimming cap! Even babies. The restaurant, the staff, the surroundings and the playroom with an A/C give this hotel a big plus!
