This is my second time, giving this hotel, an opportunity, two years ago around the same time that I’ve stayed, both times the slide has been shut down. Given that it’s March break, and we were bringing children for a staycation that was very disappointing. Also the fact that one of two elevators was broken down for the whole two days was also extremely irritating because it’s a busy time and we were all having to wait and load up with our stuff on that elevator that was working. The pillows are atrocious. I piled up on top, and they were still like a piece of paper. Temperature control was out of control in the room. There was never a comfortable setting. It would be extremely hot to show cold shut off turn on abruptly no matter what we did and everyone woke up with dry mouth … really disappointing that a Hilton hotel could be lower standard than going to a motel which I feel would’ve been a better accommodation for our stay. The only saving grace was the staff was phenomenal extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful. Really want to thank the staff from the front desk to the buffet in in the morning and everyone in between was extremely friendly kind and the only reason we could remember positive from our stay .
