Horrible stay. I was booked for two nights and I had to change rooms three times. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms had mold, the tvs didn’t work. This hotel is disgusting and no one should have to pay for a stay in such conditions.

Chose this hotel because it is very close to the subway line - and it was great to be that close. It was also very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lots of dining options nearby if you have a car, a few places you can walk to (including IKEA). Would stay again.

This is my second time, giving this hotel, an opportunity, two years ago around the same time that I’ve stayed, both times the slide has been shut down. Given that it’s March break, and we were bringing children for a staycation that was very disappointing. Also the fact that one of two elevators was broken down for the whole two days was also extremely irritating because it’s a busy time and we were all having to wait and load up with our stuff on that elevator that was working. The pillows are atrocious. I piled up on top, and they were still like a piece of paper. Temperature control was out of control in the room. There was never a comfortable setting. It would be extremely hot to show cold shut off turn on abruptly no matter what we did and everyone woke up with dry mouth … really disappointing that a Hilton hotel could be lower standard than going to a motel which I feel would’ve been a better accommodation for our stay. The only saving grace was the staff was phenomenal extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful. Really want to thank the staff from the front desk to the buffet in in the morning and everyone in between was extremely friendly kind and the only reason we could remember positive from our stay .

Great place just wish the slide was open
Our stay was perfect other then the slide for the pool was closed down .. which is why we went , but that’s okay , then we couldn’t connect to the wifi at all over the 3 days they said their having troubles with it . As for the slide it did say it was under construction when I booked months ago . We assumed it would be fixed months later

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great place for our family reunion the second week in December. The restaurant had good family food, the pool and gym were handy for adults and kids, and the lobby was nicely decorated for Xmas. The staff were friendly and efficient and made our stay really relaxing. The location was close to everywhere we were going, but the traffic outside on the freeway was quite noisy for the rooms facing that way. The only fault with the hotel inside was the furniture needed replacing in the lobby and restaurant as it was worn and shabby looking. Otherwise a nice family stay.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a 3 star hotel in Vaughn on a very busy Hwy 7. The staff were extremely nice and helpful at the front desk, and at the restaurant, especially John. The warm indoor pool and gym with its and machines were great to use as we had a big group. We used the lobby a lot as a meeting place as well and it was decorated for Christmas and had a nice gas fire. The furniture was a bit shabby and could use a good shampooing or upgrade. the beds were comfy and the fridge, microwave and Keurig machine in each room were great. The food was also very good and reasonable at the restaurant with a kids menu, and we ate there often. The traffic was a bit noisy at the front side of the hotel but we got used to it. The location was convenient for our family reunion events. Rooms were nice and spacious and were cleaned as often as you wished. All in all a good stay.

We were very saddened by a television that didn’t work properly. The background sound overpowered the actors speaking so you couldn’t hear the words being spoken. And the television was so small. The mattresses were hard and need replacing and pillows are so thin we needed to request extras. There is no in room services for food or drink options and there weren’t even water bottles provided in the room to use the coffee machine as there was no breakfast option unless you paid. For the amount we paid for the room, I would expect some sort of complimentary breakfast.

Its clean and convenient place. Only i can hear the footsteps even it’s midnight. Overall i love the room and place.
