The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and an exit to the terrace. The upper floor consists of one room with two beds and another room with a French bed. There is also a shower area with a bidet and a toilet.
