Was doubled charged for the room and refund took an effort. Room had only one bed and was different and smaller than the pictures on Expedia. Staff gave us an upgrade after complaining and it was better, but a bit dusty.

Unfortunately, the people in the room next to us had a dog. They left the dog in the room all day, and it barked loudly and incessantly. It is very selfish of guests to impose their unhappy dog on others. The hotel should have better rules regarding pets.
