Beautiful cottage with wonderful location directly on the beautiful fish-rich lake Ätraforsdammen.



This lovely vacation home welcomes up to five guests with its two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. In the beautiful winter garden you can relax wonderfully. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or end the day with a glass of wine. The cottage also has a large garden with plenty of space for fun and games. A boat with electric motor is available. Canoes and pedal boats can be rented. The boat is available from April to November.



Ullared, where you will find restaurants and shopping, is less than 20 minutes away. It is only 20 km to the summer town of Falkenberg.

Schöner Aufenthalt für 1 Woche genau richtig

Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr schön sowie das Grundstück! Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Keine Deutschen Fernsehprogramme empfangbar! Der 2te Fernseher funktionierte gar nicht. Die Kinderbettenmatratzen sollten erneuert werden! Das Kabelwirrwarr für Fernseher u. Internet sollte behoben werden. Die Küche ist neuwertig u. gut ausgestattet. Positiv die Nebenkosten ( Strom u. Wasser ) inklusive!!! Fischen im See sowie Bootbenutzung u. Baden im See sind unklar gewesen. Die Beschreibung in der Hausmappe ist Verbesserungswürdig.

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhatten Lage - umgeben von purer Natur und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Wald entfernt. Die Nachbarn sind etwa 40 Meter entfernt, sodass man hier wirklich Ruhe und Privatsphäre genießen kann. Zum See gelangt man, indem man den Hang des Grundstücks hinuntergeht und die Straße überquert.Dasselbe gilt, wenn man angeln oder das Boot nutzen möchte. Vom Steg aus ist Angeln nicht erlaubt - man fährt mit dem Boot auf den See hinaus. Mein Mann hat hier im See Zander, Hechte und Barsche gefangen.Direkt vor dem Bootsanleger befindet sich ein Badebereich, der sich hervorragend zum Schwimmen eignet. Das Apartment selbst ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind großzügig: ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und ein Doppelbett, ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Einzelbett im Wohnzimmer.Es ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lediglich die Bilder auf der Buchungsseite sollten aktualisiert werden, da sie nicht ganz dem aktuellen Stand entsprechen.Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort für Naturliebhaber, Ruhesuchende und besonders für Angler.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus. Standard normal betreffend Einrichtung und Sauberkeit. Keine Möglichkeit mit dem Vermieter Kontakt Aufzunehmen, ausser dem üblichen OnlineChat mit Computer Unfug
