"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room...

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. "The apartment is around 3KM from Sestriere so if you want to be in the bars for Apres Ski etc maybe not a great choice of location, however i had a car and chose to Ski in Montgenevre instead as better for beginners and its only 25 mins drive. There are restaurants where the apartment is located but you need to book especially in busy periods. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with modernising but its clean, very warm and fine for a week. "
