Situated in the Darsena district of Viareggio, only 500 metres from the sea, Villino Savi is a recently renovated detached house of 120 square metres on three levels:
Entrance with storage room and stairs to the upper floors with security gate.
First floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom complete with shower, both with access to a nice balcony on the street side, large and bright living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, dining area, TV, service balcony, fully equipped kitchen.
Second attic floor: double bedroom (ceiling height 100-250 cm), twin bedroom (ceiling height 100-250 cm), complete bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
The house, furnished in a modern and functional manner, can accommodate up to 7 persons. Villino Savi is the ideal accommodation for families who wish to spend a holiday near the sea and at the same time be in the city centre.
