The hotel exterior and interior was beautiful, the room was very large and comfortable, but they need wash cloths in the bathrooms, a coffee machine and coffee creamer. When I asked for coffee creamer, I was advised that I had to order it from the kitchen. Coffee & coffee creamer should be a basic amenity in such a fine hotel.

Bar staff were very rude to our group. We are Americans that were staying on the hotel. Staff waited on all other guests before us.

I didnt feel safe when leaving the property, but this is not the properties fault. Going out during the day was fine, but late at night, I did not feel safe.
