"This property was maybe a 4 star hotel 30 years ago. Three stars on its best day now. I’d say it’s a solid 2.5. The hotel is tired and needs a multi million euro update. Our first room AC worked poorly and the carpet was in extremely poor condition. The shower is pretty lame with a half glass wall so everything in the bathroom gets wet. Also the plastic hose to the shower twists under water pressure resulting in water everywhere. We ended up changing rooms after the first night. The staff on the other hand was four stars. Very helpful and pleasant. Also the location can’t be beat. Right in the center of town. Walk to everything in minutes."
