I booked this hotel because I thought it would be a lovely place to take my mom. It certainly shows well on the outside and in the hotel public spaces. 4 or 4.5/stars. The room I stayed in was thoroughly 3 star. Very dated and almost no amenities. Certainly felt over priced for the mid-week nightly rate I paid. Great location and view. And very walkable to downtown. Probably would not stay there again though.
I travel a lot all over the world but I have to say this was one of my best experiences EVER. Staff was first class. Pet friendly but the rooms were spotless and odor free. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Everyone on staff is so kind here! There’s fun museum installments all amongst the inside of the property as well. Fabulous amenities!

Check-in was great.
Aura service was alright; one server was having an off day.
Corridors are drab. Used room service trays linger for hours. A luggage cart stayed in the hall all day.

When I booked through Expedia it was showing that the breakfast will be included in my booking and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that I am booked through third party so all these facilities shown on the website won’t be counted and I ended up overpaid for the breakfast

Very slow whilst waiting with two children fairly late in evening. The reception staff spent a long time with two groups of customers before explaining breakfast and meal options. When we checked in given room key told to take lift to second floor where we wheeled luggage to second floor ourselves. We did not receive any info regarding breakfast options and by time reached room we found the dining options finished just at 9.30.
We had a very nice stay at Inn at Laurel Point. The front desk staff were exceptional and the location was excellent. We enjoyed walking everywhere from Fisherman's Wharf to Downtown and all along the harbour.

Great service. Walkable location from ferry terminal.
Toilet got stuck open and water did not shut off. I removed the top ad reset, but the inside was full of black mold.

The property is changing $25 /night for the parking. When you are coming back late hours, there is no available spt to park.

Beautiful property with great views. King ocean view room was clean, large and stunning inside and out.
No hot tub is a missed opportunity and disappointing. Also rooms have no latch to lock from inside which made us a tad uncomfortable

Thank you for your feedback. Our location really is special. We do have brand new electronic locks as well as dead bolts on all guestroom doors for your safety. We hope to see you again.
Overall very nice hotel and grounds. Gorgeous views of the inner harbour from our balcony. Nice staff. Lacking in amenities unfortunately. The pool and gym are in dire need of upgrades. No spa or hot tub. Wish there was a spa on site of affiliation with one. Great location for walking to the city (didn’t need to use our car at all).

We had a wonderful time staying at the Inn at Laurel Point and would highly recommend it. The view from the room looking over the water was gorgeous. It was kid friendly, very clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there as my son and his fiancé purchased an elopement package. They did a tremendous job for them. Our room was on the Laurel side of the hotel which has a small balcony and a view of the inner harbour. The room was clean and if I have any complaint is the the ceiling needed to be vacuumed as there were dust bunnies. Everything else was perfect. The Aura Restaurant was very good!
