The garden so lovely. The room was ok but not what I expected for an upgrade I paid for. I don't like carpet that is stained and frayed, they should replace it . The bed had deep body impressions but was comfortable enough. The pool is small no sauna ,not appealing to us but looked clean. The staff were all wonderful that's what makes this hotel somewhere I would return to . Surrounding area great to walk to everything downtown. This beautiful boutique hotel has one of the most incredible locations in the Inner Harbour. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade and the panoramic views were absolutely stunning. From our room we could see across the harbour to Fisherman’s Wharf and spent hours watching ferries and float planes come and go. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were excellent and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional, making the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. It was a truly memorable stay and we would happily return again. There was no indication of this on the website or when I called to confirm the stay. We ended up staying an extra day because our flights got cancelled.
