The room was quiet and the bed was good. The AC worked and the room was clean. The common areas were too warm (for me). This might have been due to the renovation going on. It was difficult to get in to the parking lot because of the large storage containers.

Had to wait to check in because the front desk staff was elsewhere. No biggy. But after about ten minutes they did show up but refused to speak to me until they had tapped away at the computer for at least three or four more minutes. Didn't even acknowledge my, "Hello, how are you today?"Once they did deign to acknowledge my existence the lady made it quite clear she would rather I not be bothering her with stupid things like checking into my room. Needless to say I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The lady who managed the breakfast though was very kind and friendly though. Maybe they should swap places with the front desk clerk.

From contactless checkin, to fresh cookies, glorious pool area & fantastic vicinity to shopping... This hidden gem met all of my needs! The free scrumptious breakfast with excellent front desk service were cherries on top. My children and I created great Spring Break memories at this property. 10/10 will stay again!

Great, clean lodging at a fair price. Their pet policy and fee was what convinced me to stay here initially but I’ll be a repeat customer as the place is clean and quiet.

The staff was super friendly and my room was excellent The only thing bad I have to say about this location is, that there is no sign on the front that I saw to let me know that that was the Hampton Inn Unless you have the address on your GPS, you would not find it

This property is undergoing renovation and has been for some time. There is very little parking because of storage containers all around it. It should be closed for construction, or at least far more reduced rates. I would not recommend it at least until 2025. Project seems to be moving slowly.

Once the remodeling is completed, it might be a good place to stay. The restroom in the lobby wasn’t in service. When we got to our room, it was still being cleaned. After 15 minutes, we got in but there was no TV remote. I went back downstairs and got a remote but it didn’t work. Back downstairs, I got a new room but then the key didn’t work. Back downstairs I got working keys. The staff were friendly but the system wasn’t working. We heard upstairs footsteps even with earplugs in. Breakfast was just OK. The scrambled eggs were wet and tasteless.

Property is under renovations therefore some parking is being taken up and lobby restrooms are closed. Overall, great experience! Went off-roading and stayed there for the weekend. Booked 4 rooms for a large group and all guest were satisfied with their room quality.

We come through Barstow at least 6 times a year. The remodel seems to be coming along. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and staff is helpful and efficient in their job.

I have stood here with my family and we love it. Customer service, front desk no issues. First time I had an issue. Hardly slept, people upstairs from us from 12-4am were running, jumping (it sounded like) We could not sleep! It started up again at 7am the stomping and running. We checked out early just to get back home and rest. Once again never had an issue before, awesome place to stay, very clean that was the only issue.
