"Please note this is not a hotel, no pool bar or restaurant and no daily housekeeping but then again it doesn’t advertise as such, so cannot understand the reviews which complain for having them. The location is not good if you have mobility or breathing difficulties or with very young children but what you will find is excellent accommodation with very friendly, professional and welcoming staff. We shall most certainly return asap."

There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. "I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. "Weather was fantastic. The hotel is in need of an update and was full of teenagers. Due to its location and clientele night times are extremely noisey and we found it difficult to sleep until the early hours ( 5/6am) we wouldn’t opt to stay here again . "

"Amazing location and lovely facilities. I checked in late because my flight was departing at 5:45am, but the staff were very accommodating. As the airport shuttle wasn’t operating at that time, the receptionist kindly arranged a taxi for me. I made the most of my stay by using the swimming pool and dining at the restaurant. I really enjoyed my meal and overall experience, and I look forward to booking again in the future."

"The bedroom was very pleasant and clean and looked like it recently been refurbished. The only downside was the bathroom wall and door was glass and light from the bathroom lit up the bedroom. The staff were very helpful and polite. We were found a table at dinner even though we had not booked and the hotel was busy. Food was good with a reasonable choice at a reasonable price. I would have liked to use the small gym but we had to leave fairly early in the morning. When we next vist Gerona we will stay at this hotel again."
