Air conditioning is actually only on the upper floor of the main building, this should be made clearer in the description. But the climate in the house was still pleasant and there were still fans available. The stock of glasses could be refilled, but these are really only small things. "Very comfortable, large room. Lovely hotel, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is also lovely and very helpful. Just a 20 minute walk to the old city walls, but there is also a bus just outside the hotel if you want to save your energy for all the steps and uphill climbs to the walls. We stayed one night, and enjoyed the old city, slept very comfortably, and enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast! "

"This hotel is beautiful! The staff really made our stay wonderful though. Pepe on the rooftop bar was lovely, our waiter Christian was superb and the chef (named Ema or Emmet perhaps?) was so kind to prepare something especially for my partner who has unfortunate allergies when the dish he wanted was sold out. All around it was beyond a 5* service. Also, we had massages with Elizabeth who worked wonders on my tense shoulders. I would 100% recommend a stay here. "
