I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. It’s not a fancy hotel, and there are certainly ones that have better lobbies (etc) in Hanoi but if you want a basic clean room then the hotel is good. The lower floors are noisy at the front of the hotel (premium rooms). The upper floors less so. The staff are all lovely.

The staff were very pleasant and assisted with every query.
