Room was small even for boutique hotel and too pricey.
Some wear and tear can be observed and needs to be addressed especially if asking over $1K USD per night.

This was such a great place to stay. We really liked having a fridge and microwave in our room, and it was nice that the bed didn't take up the whole space. Even though we were out exploring for most of our days, it was very nice to come back to this comfortable space. There were a transit stop a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and a grocery store right around the corner so it was very easy to keep a few things in the fridge. The staff were great and very helpful. We would stay here again!
