"The Chalet Falorie was a very comfortable suite with views of the Dolomites. Although it was some distance from the center of town it was no problem as a driver was always available to take us into town and to pick us up when we were ready to return. The receptionists were the best, very friendly and ever helpful. As 100% gluten free we are not accustomed to having so many safe options available for breakfast, it was excellent!"

Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

Staff Edward was very friendly and helpful when we needed information on the closest grocery store, etc. He made sure to arrange for our luggage and car storage ahead of time so we don't have to worry on the day of. The only complaint would be space is a little tight in the bathroom."

Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful / I almost cried when I left. The spa is incredible, took one of the best naps of my life there. Also the dinner at their restaurant was exceptional. Truly a magical place that will stay with me long after I have left."

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, likely because they have been recently fully remodeled. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good, and they even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we had to leave early before the restaurant opened. The only area for improvement is the main dish at dinner."
