TECAVI - Penthouse with Sea Views

Located in La Pineda, just 50 meters from the beach. This apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy stunning sea and city views. With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, this penthouse is ideal for families or groups of friends.



The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building, accessible by elevator up to the fifth floor and then by stairs to the attic. The building has a community pool for adults and children. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher and full bathroom with shower. From the terrace, access is gained to 2 other bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. These bedrooms are independent and can only be accessed from the terrace.



The penthouse has a fantastic furnished terrace with impressive sea views, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. The apartment also comes with a free parking space included in the reservation.

To keep in mind: The elevator takes them to the 5th floor, there are stairs to go up to the 6th floor.

Appartement très près de la plage et proche de tous commerces et port aventura. Appart avec une super grande terrasse et barbecue et vue sur la mer. Seul Bémol, clim d une chambre tombé e en panne des le départ, avertie l agence, a part me dire qu ils envoyaient quelqu un par mail, je n ai vu personne. Chaleur insupportable on a du dormir à 4 dans une chambre . Réactivité mediocre. Famille Grammont
