Very nice boutique hotel. One elevator bay wasn’t working, which made waiting for the elevators long. Friendly staff and the Rock bar is great.

This was our second time at this property. This time around we got to enjoy the new Waterpark and zipline in the family fun centre. It’s a great spot for a multi-generational family vacation. I was really impressed with our room as well. It had a separate area with sofa, table, microwave and refrigerator. We made that the kid zone! We’ll be back for sure.

Requested a shower chair the very first day we were there and paid an extra hundred dollars to get her into a shower room but it took me two days to get the shower chair and Mom fell dragging down the shower curtain so I was a little upset that nobody got back with me right away. After I complained taken care of.
