"Clean, modern, of good standard. Host is very attentive while not imposing. All nessesities were in the property - for example, washing liquid, shampoo, salt, coffee, some basic food for the first evening, etc, which was very handy. Host family is living above the flat. Location is better suited for car. Caution to drive down to parking slot very slowly, to protect your bamper. For pedestrians, nearest beach is c.25 min walk, partly along busy road. There are buses every half-hour, covering...

"Communication was always very quick. Rooms were clean, everything was there. Mircowave would be a nice upgrade to warm up leftover pizza etc. but there is a kitchen so, would be only nice to have. Parking was infront of the main door. Well what else to say, we enjoyed out stay there - with two kids. Balkony - really great view towards the ocean."

"Wir waren für zwei Wochen in Urlaub, Gäste bei Herrn fabio in einem von seiner Objekte. Fabio ist ein netter freundlicher Gastgeber,sehr hilfreich, die Wohnung war toll, hat alles was man braucht, leider kein klimaanlage für die Leute die Klimaanlage bevorzugen dafür aber decken Ventilatoren die ich besser fande in Schlafräumen. Man kann sie niedriger einstellen und super schlafen. Die Lage ist weit oben auf dem Berg fande ich aber in ligurien ist das kein Sonderfall . Danke Fabio"
