This charming, single family home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beautiful bay. The home features thee bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, with plenty of space for families or groups of friends.

The Space:
The main floor boasts a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, and the master bedroom is on the second floor with a private full bathroom. Outside, you can relax on the back patio or take a short walk to the bay. This home is the perfect retreat for a short-term rental, whether you're in town for a vacation or business trip. The driveway is shared with the attached studio unit. Please be courteous when using or parking in the driveway. There is free street parking. This home also has a studio unit attached to the rear of the property that is also available for rent!

Nice place

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was clean and the sleeping arrangements were fine. It listed 2.5 bathrooms however only had 2. Kitchen was listed as fully stocked but there were not enough table settings for our group. There was a oven but no baking dishes or cookie sheets.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was set up wonderfully to accommodate us all. Communication was great, will definitely stay here again, we do this family trip annually.
