Located at 260 m elevation and just 1.5 km from the town center, the property features a balcony, outdoor seating, barbecue facilities, and a playground on a spacious 1500 m² plot.

Ideal for hikers and mountain bikers, the region offers trails past historic mills, farmhouses, and cultural landscapes. The lessor, an avid biker, is happy to share local tips. The highest peak in the municipality (750 m) is just 8 km away. Recreational options include miniature golf, water treading basins, tennis, and seasonal events.

Het is een super mooi huis. Van binnen lekker ruim. De woonkamer moet nog worden opgeknapt, maar daar heb je geen last van. Bank, stoelen en tv zijn goed. We slapen hier goed en genieten volop van de omgeving. Ook super fijne gastheer en gastvrouw. Denken ook met je mee, als je bijvoorbeeld later komt bij aankomst.
