Good location, free parking, swimming pool and reasonable price.
Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities.

The hotel was well located in the Old Town of Lyon and out the door in any direction was somewhere to eat, drink or shop — maybe all three at once.
The room was a very nice size and the value was excellent!

The room was clean and staff were helpful. Late check out (12pm) was good.
Only thing is that you have to leave the key at the front reception and there is one elevator (I was level 5 so stairs weren’t really feasible with luggage). As long as you are not in a rush anywhere it’s fine.
