Sandbridge Fun N Games is the perfect place to enjoy your next beach vacation with family and friends! Located on the peaceful north end of Sandbridge, this spacious and beautiful home provides the best amenities for fun and relaxation. It includes free WiFi, two refrigerators, and a gas grill.

This home has been beautifully maintained and is decorated with bright, beachy colors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make family meals, from stainless steel appliances to lovely granite countertops. After dinner, everyone will love relaxing in the game room featuring a unique mosaic mural, a 74-inch smart TV for shows and movies, a Wii console, two arcade game cabinets, a jukebox, a pool table, and a shuffleboard table. There is also a library of books, board games, and DVDs for your enjoyment. Six other TVs are available throughout the house, all equipped with Amazon Firesticks for your streaming pleasure. Guests are also welcome to borrow pool toys and beach accessories such as umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards.

On the ground level next to the pool is a gas grill with a covered eating area nearby, plus horseshoes, cornhole, and a separate screened room with a Ping-Pong table, darts, and a half bathroom. After a day of fun in the sun, take advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse away the sand, then spend some time in the private turquoise saltwater pool. As the evening winds down, relax in the primary bedroom featuring a private bathroom and jetted tub.

THINGS TO KNOW
Swimming pool availability is based on weather from May through September.
A Saturday-to-Saturday, 7-night minimum stay is required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
As part of our commitment to being a responsible and respectful neighbor, this property is equipped with noise monitoring technology to protect our guests and our community from a bothersome level of noise. It is 100 percent privacy compliant, as it measures only sound level without listening or recording.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Please make sure all vehicles are parked in the driveway and not in a no-parking zone. The driveway has room for up to eight (8) cars. Some parts of the streets are very narrow, making it hard for emergency vehicles to access in cases of emergencies. There are streets in Sandbridge that do allow street parking. If you park in a no-parking zone, you will be ticketed and/or towed at your own expense.

Security camera details: There are three active outdoor motion-activated cameras, similar to a Ring doorbell. The owner of this home is able to watch the recorded footage from their phone for security purposes. The cameras are pointing away from the front and back entrances of the home to see who is coming and going from the house. There are no active cameras inside the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Recreational amenities at the vacation home include a water park.
