Clean room. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I loved this little hotel. So much charm. The decor is special with the works of Filipino artisans. Staff was wonderful. I understand the hotel is quite new, about a year old. This place could be easy to overlook, but I'm glad I found it. The only drawback is the distance to get anywhere. But the trikes are cheap and a fun way to see the real Philippines.

This place is old, a strong country feel. If you are into 5 star treatment its not for you.i have spiders and gecko in my bathroom. You could only hear crickets and lizards. Feliz Hotel is in the middle of station 2 restaurants, grocery store, shopping center are in walking distance. They have live music every night. The only thing I didn’t like is their towels, they need to replace them with brand new ones.

I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. I love how clean and tidy the whole place is. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I requested extra items in the room and they supplied it promptly. We had to leave early one morning and was going to miss the free breakfast but the staff packed us food to go. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will stay in Cebu City.

Really clean and quite. The restaurant serves great food. The staff was nice all the time I was there. The pool was clean. The ocean side yard was raked and clean. Hotel entrance had a lot of plants and kept really clean.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Checking in was easy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very neat and clean upon check in. Fresh towels and sheets were provided daily by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was good. The food was hot and fruit was fresh. I recommend this hotel to everyone that will visit Boracy.
