The ceiling in our room has a hole so you can see sun light coming in. There also was a gap under the door where bugs could walk under. Since the gap was so big under the door you can hear everything outside.

I has a bad experience i booked my stay from April 26 to check out april 29th We where in town for a wedding and thankfully we had our wedding stuff at location but we where check out our hotel April 28TH we had no way to get in our room when we forgot something lucky a worker was passing by and let us in but had no time to go see why our key was not working when we return to hotel at night the 28th we where lock out our room and front desk would not let us in our room after showing confirmation on my phone. i explain i had to go in and get my diabetic medication and they didnt care when they call the manager she said i cant let you in call 911 untill about 2 hours later the front desk man call the manager and said it was our mistake and fix my keys by this time my blood sugar had gone up and i could have gone into a comma i really hope you can refun the hotel at least just for the 28th since they check us out and we had no access to our room and had no choice but to wait untill we came back from wedding to figured out why our key didnt work.

Although there was only one elevator and No direction to where the ice machines were (probably our fault we got in at 1 am) the place was extremely nice inside. There was no problems outside. Parking was very easy to find and I was there Friday through Tuesday

I reserved a room for 4 with two queen beds but the beds were full size. There were only two bath towels, one small wastebasket. I had family who booked a room with two queen beds and instead they were given a two full size beds☹️

I’ve stayed at @- Quintas and some are nice. This one isn’t one of the nicer ones. Idk who they installed to do the flooring but they did a bad job, and then used the flooring on the walls instead of baseboards lol. On top of that, the tub/shower didn’t work so we were only able to take baths.

I couldn't sleep at all the 2 nights so noise and I called the front desk they told me to call 911!!!! They did not have pillows or clean towels!!! The smell in the bathroom was terrible and the shower came out from the wall, the floor in the bathroom is still pasted wrong and looks terrible!!! The worst experience

We do our very best to make all guests feel safe and comfortable. As for the homeless people they are kind of popping up everywhere in California and are continuously removing them from our property.

It was in need of bathroom repairs. Messy caulking around tub, area didn’t seem safe, many visitors outside talking, smoking, etc. Lobby/eating was full of boxes wrapped in plastic (obviously short on storage areas). I will never stay at a LaQuinta Inn again.

The door to the room has a 1" gap under that you can see light coming through and can hear the freeway all night. The flooring looks like it was installed by a child with a caulking gun. The beds small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good DIY waffles. The staff was kind and quick with extra towels, which were actually quite soft.

Parking was easy & good. Little outdated but the price was good. Was clean enough for us. Not the quietest place from our stay but not super loud either. Decent for the price & accomadated our dog that was under 10 lbs so they waived the extra charge which was awesome!

After arriving on property we noticed a couple of homeless on property. We checked in but immediately felt unsafe and although we had already paid in full we decided to stay at a more reputable property.

The property was poorly maintained. The plumbing in our shower was a Mickey Mouse repair. The door frame in the bathroom was broken and unpainted. It was an eyesore.

It says that it’s smoke free but I smelled a lot of weed and cigarettes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and helped me when I lost my wallet.
