The hotel room was a nice size, clean, had a mini fridge and had a luxury feel. The staff was incredibly helpful and happy to help. The area the hotel is in is lovely and quiet. There is a grocery store on the same block, which was pretty convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Buena ubicación y hotel comodo, si van en carro el parqueo es estrecho pero se puede buscar parqueo en las calles de afuera. Camas comodas, nos volveriamos a quedar :)

Loved the welcome, great staff, both with reception, bar, morning breakfast.

Staff were very accommodating & helpful;check in /check out process was on point. Breakfast is good but it could have been better.The location is easy reach.There were just a few issues that we’ve encountered such as some rooms aircon was not as good as others,no coffee/tea in the room,no iron/kettle.But apart from that ,we had a relaxing stay.
