“Hotel moc pěkný, obsluha příjemná. Jen čistota pokoje nic moc. Ručníky nám nevyměnili i přes upozornění na recepci. (naštěstí jsme měli ručníky své) Odpadkový koš vynesen až na naše upozornění. Na pokoji koberec, který byl tak chlupatý a od vlasů, že jsme jej srolovali a se svolením slečny na recepci, z pokoje dali pryč. Za celou dobu pobytu se nekonal žádný úklid pokoje, koupelny ani toalety. O doplnění toaletního papíru jsme si taky museli říct. Zřejmě jsme měli jen smůlu... Ostatní služby...
