“This was a nice place to stay for our family for the price. Lots of little touches for convenience and to make it homey. The mountains are beautiful. The lake is low but on the opposite side there is a place to launch boats. The neighbors are close but we didn’t see or hear anyone.”

“My friend and I, along with my dog, stayed here for a couple nights and really enjoyed it. It’s in a great location on the road that leads directly to Crater Lake, and since I’m directionally challenged, that was a bonus. Xena really enjoyed running around in the back yard and just sitting out there and taking in all the smells.”

“We stayed 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend to visit our son. This place was a great find. The views are amazing. We watched local wildlife every night, close up and personal. The veterans memorial park across the road was a nice visit. Thank you John, for all the extra touches in the kitchen and bathroom. We’ll be back. ”

“More than I ever would have expected. Beautiful setting. Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Walk right out the front door into beautiful wooded areas and nearby stream and waterfall. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I hope to return someday soon. ”

“We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...
