Our apartment was very clean, neat, and comfortable! Ralph is a great host with great communication. It is also in a great location! It is quite a walk up the stairs to the apartment but well worth it if you are able to make the climb. For the price we will definitely stay there again.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen, so dass man viele Bereiche der Stadt zu Fuß erkunden kann.Vielleicht könnte man, um die Wohnung etwas Familien-/Kinderfreundlicher zu machen, noch ein paar Spiele oder Ähnliches anbieten.Ansonsten hat es uns echt gefallen. Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Görlitz verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Da lohnt sich der Weg in den 4.Stock allemal. Herr Richter ist ein toller Mensch und Gastgeber, hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und stand uns für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Görlitz erleben

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und prima eingerichtet und ruhig. Die 4. Etage ist eine kleine sportliche Herausforderung. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.Durch die zentrale Lage waren für uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto hatte eine Woche Pause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wer nicht so viel laufen will, kann auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen.Görlitz ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert. Wir haben jeden Tag etwas interessantes erlebt: unterhaltsame Stadtführungen, informative Museen und schöne Orgelmusik auf der Sonnenorgel in St. Peter.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentral gelegener Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Straße. Alle wesentlichen Highlights der Stadt sind fußläufig. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein größerer Supermarkt.Parken ist in Görlitz-City fast überall kostenpflichtig und so gibt es nur wenige kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe - man kann aber bis 9 Uhr kostenlos direkt in der Straße parken oder für eine Stunde auf dem Supermarkt Parkplatz.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, und bietet reichlich Schlafplätze. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. *****

gastfreundlich, familiär, sehr zentral, Nähe Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke

Wir wollten die Stadt gerne zu Fuß erkunden und das Auto für die Versorgung stehen lassen. Für unseren Reisezweck war die Ferienwohnung also perfekt. Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Bis zum Bahnhof läuft man gerade mal 10 Minuten, bis zur polnischen Seite nach Zgorzelec ca. 30 Minuten. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (tagsüber Parkschein, Automat ein paar Schritte entfernt). Es waren immer genügend freie Parkplätze vorhanden. Ein Edeka befindet sich direkt in derselben Straße. Zum Bäcker läuft man keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ist selbst sonntags mit frischen Brötchen versorgt. Die Ferienwohnung weist eine sehr gute Grundausstattung aus. Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht, aber den vermissten wir auch nicht. Unsere Kinder teilten sich das 1,20 m breite Bett im sehr geräumigen Kinderzimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Wir wagten uns ins 1,40 m breite selbst gebaute Futonbett. Wir haben ganz gut geschlafen, da wir keine besonders weichen Matratzen benötigen. Da wir uns manchmal gegenseitig beim schlafen stören, haben wir auch noch das Sofa als zusätzlichen Schlafplatz genutzt. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und liegt im 4. Stock. Das tägliche Fitness Training hat man also gleich inklusive.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sympathisch und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und das Ankommen und Abreisen völlig problemlos. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
