"Our stay was great .. from check in to check out. We were extremely happy we stayed at this hotel in Kastela, the area is lovely. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful. We rented bikes one day and went to a winery near by that the hotel reserved for us. Breakfast was excellent. We ate at the hotel restaurant two nights, both meals were great as was the service. The rooms are very clean and the bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The proximity to the airport was an added benefit"

"Such a lovely quaint little hotel and very conveniently placed for travel to Split Airport and Ferry Port. Yet also just far enough out of the city to be so peaceful and quiet. The area has nice walks and cycle trails, easy access into Split. Options for a sea swim right outside the hotel. Great views from the balcony rooms and a very reasonable price too."

"The description of this property is spot on! So spacious and the most stunning, beautiful sea views. Villa Kosta had everything we had hoped for and more. The air con worked great in every room. WiFi was good, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. But the best thing about this Villa were the fantastic Hosts Suzie and Tommo. They truly care that you have the best experience when visiting their villa and their country. They met us at the airport initially so we could follow them back to the Villa. However, after delayed flights and unhelpful hire car staff, they personally transported us to their villa and helped to sort out our car hire troubles. We arrived late, tired and hungry but Suzie had provided a table of food and drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. Suzie is the most attentive host I have ever come across, she could not have done more for us. The pool is big and although not heated, it did not stop my family enjoying a refreshing dip. Lovely out door space with sunbeds, lounge seating, pool table and bbq area. Each room is spacious with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view balconies (all but one bedroom). There is a useful laundry room with a downstairs toilet and the kitchen diner was a central gathering space for feeding hungry grown up kids!!Croatia is beautiful, there is so much to explore and Villa Kosta is the perfect base to do it."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need to complain about these things. We like that the room had double sinks and a rainfall shower, and the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a quieter area of Split and easy to find. So overall we'd recommend this hotel, just some minor things that could be improved. "

"Excellent apartment. Well equipped and spotlessly clean including the private hot tub and pool. Mate, the owner is onsite and gave us excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants (he even gave us a tour of the local area in his car and his son took us to the supermarket)! Great setting with sea views, lots of space and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"There were 5 families (18 in total) who stayed at the Villa Blue Wave ( Aug 2025) it was amazing from start to finish. The hosts were fantastic even before we arrived providing recommendations regarding excursions, restaurants, transport etc. The Villa was stunning with loads of space and different areas to relax in. It was very clean and included loads of towels, bedding etc. the outdoor kitchen was probably the best amenity for our group with some fantastic nights sat around the huge table with amazing fire pit food. The 2 pools meant there was one for the teenagers and one for the adults. This accommodation really has it all including a cinema room, gym, hot tub, sauna and plenty of sun beds. Location was great with views to die for. 5 minute walk to the train station with trains going directly to Split for less than 2 The beautiful Trogir was a ten minute drive and just down the hill was the seafront with many bars and restaurants to choose from. I cannot recommend this place enough - Josipa and Davor went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic trip. They consistently messaged with tips on getting around the local area and the best beaches to visit. I would highly recommend and would love to go back again one day x "
