Our lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished holiday home is certified by the DTV with F **** and is beautifully located in Wackersberg at 735 m. It stands in the middle of the remarkable alpine landscape 2 km above Bad Tölz. From the property you can enjoy beautiful mountain views. The beautiful house has 100 square meters and stands alone on the 800 square meter plot with 2 south-facing terraces, has 2 garages and 4 beautiful rooms with different furnishings and equipment. The new, cozy kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher and an attractive Bavarian country house seating area invite you to linger. 2 modern televisions each with a flat screen and 1 of them with an Internet browser, Blu-Ray player, Internet with WLAN and telephone are of course available.
The house has 2 wonderful bath rooms. One of them with walk-in shower and wonderful rain shower, a real shower pleasure. 2 toilets and beautiful bright mirrors are of course available. There is also a floor-length mirror, a hair dryer and enough light.

A wind-protected patio with radiant heater and a wonderful lounge area offers time for beautiful moments in the great outdoors, even in winter. 2 romantic views through beautiful old wood windows offer attractive views. If you feel like Bavarian cosiness, our old wood paneled seating area in the kitchen with a large table and nicely upholstered benches will accommodate you for many cozy hours. Beautiful photos of Wackersberg and the surrounding area, framed in old wood frames, round off the sensual experience. There are plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in different ways. There are two different double rooms and one
3 bed room. The existing 2 garages offer plenty of space for cars, bicycles, and much more. Which is a pleasant additional benefit, especially in winter. For our guests who want to bring their dog with them, there is a beautiful forest opposite, which invites to extensive walks and alley walks. You have beautiful idyllic streams in the immediate vicinity and can walk directly along a beautiful forest path to Bad Tölz. On the way you will pass the most beautiful viewpoint over Bad Tölz. Surroundings of the BergeBlick Ferienhaus: In a leisurely walk across the Tölz Kurpark you can reach Bad Tölz with its historic old town and the famous market street with its numerous facade paintings in less than half an hour. Many traditional events take place in and around Wackersberg. The hiking and skiing areas Blomberg and Brauneck are only a few minutes away from the house. The Bad Tölz high-altitude hiking trail leads through Wackersberg. There is also the Spielhahnjäger memorial, which offers the most beautiful view of Bad Tölz and the opposite Calvary with its beautiful church. Only a few minutes walk from the house.

Numerous teams of horses with beautifully decorated wagons and a lot of tradition make their route from the horse consecration on the Kalvarienberg to the entire market street.
