8.2/10 Very Good! (1,005 reviews)
The hotel is comfortable, very clean with a nice large room and shower. My issue is that they no longer have a shuttle service and you have to get to the hotel from the airport on your own. The only reason we booked was because of the shuttle. There is a bus that is conveniently located but we weren’t able to take it until our return. The issue is that we waited for 30 minutes in the freezing cold, crazy wind and rain for a shuttle that I was told via messages would come. We called the hotel when it didn’t and were told they no longer offer the shuttle. They had an opportunity to let me know via message as I reached out 2 days prior. We had to spend 40 euros for a taxi because it was late, peak time and short Ubers. Once we finally arrived to the hotel we were not welcomed or greeted kindly at all. Completely nonchalant and when we told her about our experience she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and just said to take the bus back in the morning. Very disappointing after a long travel day.

Lovely hotel on a lovely property. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant was quite good, and we truly enjoyed our meals there.

"The property was perfectly fine and in a great location just outside of the train station and close to a taxi stand and public transportation hub. Check-in and out were quick and painless, and they held my luggage for me on the last day. The convenience store in the lobby was a nice touch, and though ..."

9.2/10 Wonderful! (327 reviews)
"This place was just weird. The small lobby reeked of cheap cologne - I had to hold my breath every time I walked through. You could smell it outside the main entrance, in the elevator and in the hallways. Nasty smelling stuff. The room was strange. The bathroom shower with clear glass shower door ..."
