"Even though the staff was friendly they were pretty inefficient and rather clueless when we asked for advice or service. The phones from the tents didn’t work so we had to walk to reception every time we needed something. The activities for kids were restricted. The biggest disappointment is the noise, one thinks this is a haven in the desert but lots of huge 4x4 come as early as sunrise for dune bashing, not to mention all the quads.... the website is and pictures tell a story of peace and...
