“Pubic hairs in tub, crack heads in and out windows all hours of the night next door. I tried to wait to get new towels person had cart out for hours so I just took new ones. Ice machine growing mold. I mean I could go on.”

“Frig and microwave in room. No coffee maker but coffee in lobby. Very limited breakfast items. Office chair in room but no desk or table to eat at.”
