Clean, comfortable, and convenient!
My husband and I spent 6 nights here and thought it was great in all the ways. The location is so convenient. The floor plan is great! We loved having a grill on the lanai! The pool, hot tub and gym were rarely busy and we enjoyed those accommodations. The condo was well stocked with linens, beach towels, beach gear, and kitchen staples. Thank you, Joseph. Wonderful place!

Beautiful Condo overlooking Golf Course
We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated condo. We ate breakfast each morning on the deck overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

This property has it all: (1) location-walk to A-Beach, walk to shops, food, other hotel resorts and easy access to main sites; (2) very, very clean; (3) kitchen very nicely appointed--all the supplies we needed; (4) very nicely furnished--plenty of space to sit and hang out and beds extremely comfortable; and (5) great amenities-beach chairs, cooler, water equipment all clean and in great condition. Property Manager was very responsive and accommodating. No hesitation to stay in this unit again!

Perfect condo, perfect host!
I can’t believe I am just remembering to leave a review! We stayed in November 2022, and everything was perfect. I come to Waikoloa at least once per year, and this was my first time at this specific complex. Host was great, property was great, it’s in my favorite areas. House was well stocked! I love cooking when I’m on the big island! Thank you!

Perfect location. Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Has everything needed for vacation. Well stocked kitchen for easy meal prep and the outdoor kitchen is a huge bonus. Master bed very comfy. Would definitely book again.

Great condo, luxurious feel, beautifully decorated. Perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with kitchen and great golf course views, as well as the nearby pool and hot tub. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Would highly recommend this place!

Very relaxing stay with an elevator to the top floor (3rd). Two really nice hot tubs. Very good kitchen and private outdoor grill with pretty much anything you could possibly need.

Perfect Size Condo
The size and layout of this condo was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, well stocked and great location. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, being able to grill on the patio and having dinner overlooking the golf course was great. In our opinion, if there was one thing that we would say that would make this condo just a little better, and that’s saying something because it’s just about perfect, a door on the bathroom in the primary bedroom. It’s a beautiful bathroom, but when one gets up earlier than the other to get a shower, there is no privacy. Still give this condo a top rating for everything!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well-appointed. We grilled some steaks and shrimp one night on the great patio and enjoyed using the condo as our home base for a few nights. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location
We did not have a rental car for our week visiting Kona and this location was perfect for that. There are shops across the street, including a Starbucks. There's a good beach just 10 minutes walk from the condo. There's lots of different dining options within walking distance and the condo is right on a golf course. Condo was well stocked with the essentials and we had the use of beach equipment in the garage.

Found paradise
This is not just a regular place to stay. This is the paradise! Perfectly clean, huge, beautiful place. All the details are tasteful and give you the feeling of vacation and relaxation. You can find there everything from beach and snorkeling gear to coffee filters and shopping bags. Kitchen and grill on the balcony are great for cooking. Beds are comfortable, bedding is soft, shower is great, towels are fluffy. Joe was amazing on communication! I wish we could stay longer.

The villa is a very nice and quiet place to stay. It has all the necessities needed to make your stay comfortable. It is located on the third floor, which allows for nice golf course and mountain views. The property manager was awesome and extremely helpful. I would recommend staying at this villa.

The property was everything I expected. I had stayed in a similar unit in June and I was not let down with this location. Beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and more were made available. Manager was available at all times. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful place that made us feel like we were at our home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. If you don't like to walk everywhere, I would suggest renting mobility scooters to get around. I rented for myself and parents and it was definitely worth every extra penny for those scooters.

Nice comfortable stay.
The property is in a great location walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Nice, clean, comfortable condo. The only big negative was the elevator was still not working which was an inconvenience for us (dragging luggage up 3 flights of stairs after traveling for 10 hours) but could be a show stopper for older or more challenged clients.

Beautiful well equipped Island rental. Very comfortable. Beautiful views.
We loved the condo itself and appreciated the tasteful Hawaiian decor. It was very relaxing in the evenings after exploring the island during the day. We often cooked on the grill outside. We enjoyed watching the early morning and evening mongoose, cats and birds. It felt like we lived there. The only negative outside of everyone’s control was that the elevator was broken. Repair Men were there almost daily, but never able to repair it. It’s been down off and on for awhile they said. Carrying luggage, golf clubs and other stuff up and down 2 flights of stairs was challenging but our kids helped us with the heavy lifting. We still enjoyed our visit to the Big Island in this central location.

Can I live here?
My husband and I will choose this property again and again for our vacations to Kona. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever been at which made it really easy to take advantage of the grill on the lanai. The condo is perfectly situated in Waikoloa Village with plenty of places to eat and shop. The pools were great and the gym was small but well equipped. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank your hosting such a wonderful property!
