"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"As expected, except:Kitchen window towards the entrance can’t be used as people smoke/vape there and it smells up the apartment.Apartment still damp (even with windows open) as heat is turned off.Mentioned about the heat during the first stay, nada response. Complained about shower drain not doing so well. Nada response.On the bright side, no more ant graveyard. However, not sure if those and poison things are still legal in Germany! "The flat was pretty good very clean very modern. Location is not great but the bus stop is in front of and with the basil card you don't pay for the transport so it was not a problem in the end. I would highly recommend. Very organised "

"We only stayed one day/night prior to boarding a Viking tour but would have enjoyed staying longer. The space more than met our needs (we were 2 couples). Beyond clean and the young man who came to check on the AC helped us get to a pharmacy and provided easy directions to the bus around the corner which took us within a few blocks of the cruise port. "
