"This hotel is Michelin star hotel, and it was fabulous. Excellent location!! The room was incredibly beautiful and clean, huge bathroom, and very comfortable bed with fluffy pillows! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I really recommend this hotel and would love to come back again soon. Augsburg is so pretty!!"

Bathroom fixtures were loose but functional I.e., concerned that the towel hook would come out of the wall or shelf would do the same. Shower was clean but had some mildew and mold in the corners. "Excellent food and beer garden. Rooms are very comfy but no tea and coffee facilities in room. Reception was unattended on arrival but excellent welcome when receptionist arrived. Reasonable dig walking places nearby."
