“The overall stars I would give is 4. The reason being that on the information given in the room there was nothing about laundry facilities. Also I vacuumed the floor and found long blond hairs. My husband and I both have short dark brown hair. Someone didn't clean properly. Also I think that the carpet needs a good shampoo. It has a lot of stains. Every thing else was good. ”
